The Historic Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to the development of a historic Town of Fishers landmark into a community resource and event center with emphasis on local history, the arts and heritage gardening.
Please join us for our 6th Annual Harvest Wine Tasting at the Ambassador House on September 6, 2014 from 7-10 p.m. Bigger and better than ever with special activities on site including painting sessions with Wine & Canvas, gourmet hors d'oeuvres from Epicureans Catering, entertainment by Matt Roush, and a selection of 18 wines courtesy of the Wine Guy at Grapevine Cottage!

The Friends of Heritage Gardens at the Ambassador House and the Town of Fishers are sponsoring the inaugural "Fishers Heritage Garden Celebration" on June 7 & 8, 2014. We are pleased to announce the keynote speaker and presenter for this event will be Mr. Pearl Fryar, an internationally acclaimed topiarist (sculptor of plants).
The two day event begins with a reception to welcome Mr. Fryar on Saturday evening, June 7th, from 7-10 pm at the Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens in Fishers. The Saturday reception is open to the general public but tickets are required for admission. Tickets may be purchased online through the following link (copy this link to your browser): http://www.eventbrite.com/e/pearl-fryar-reception-tickets-10729424999
On Sunday, June 8th, Mr. Fryar will be the signature speaker/presenter from 1-5 pm at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheatre in Fishers. This event is free and open to the general public. The afternoon program will include his trimming demonstrations enhanced by lively verbal format that is driven by a philosophical approach to his hobby and life. Supporting activities in the amphitheatre area will be from 11 am to 5 pm and include plant sales, food trucks, and a topiary trimming competition between departments from the Town of Fishers.
There will also be a raffle for a Fryar topiary and some of the winning creations from the trimming competition. We are very excited to provide this unique, garden-themed weekend for our community and beyond, so please come and enjoy!
