Along with private events, the city and community partners host a variety of social events and programs at the Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens.
The Fishers Parks Foundation invites you to the free, socially distant Harvest Fest at the Historic Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens on Saturday, September 12 from 4 to 8 p.m. Enjoy live music from Ashton Wolf, food trucks, and browse pieces from local artists as you wander the gardens and historic home. No registration or tickets are required.
This event benefits the Fishers Parks & Recreation Foundation’s Angel of Hope, the Ambassador House and Gardens, and the Fishers Arts Council.
In response to COVID-19, Fishers Parks is taking extra precaution to keep visitors, vendors, and staff safe by implementing the following precautions:
- We will be practicing and encouraging social distancing with booths spaced throughout the venue.
- Due to city and statewide mandates, face masks are required indoors and anytime you are unable to maintain a distance of 6 feet outdoors.
- Event capacity will be limited.
- Hand sanitizer and hand-washing stations will be available throughout the venue.
The Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens are lucky to have a dedicated Board of Directors that work to help maintain the grounds and preserve the history of this beautiful building. Throughout the year there are opportunities to attend free, educational programs that will celebrate the history of this venue and provide tips for recreating a luscious garden at your house!
Purchase a commemorative brick!
At the Ambassador House, we offer couples the opportunity to ensure your name goes down in history. With a donation of $100 or more, your name can be engraved into a brick that is installed under the pergola or along the walkway around the house. Orders can be made throughout the year using this form.
