Battle of Mudsock

Saturday, November 10 | 2 PM | $12

What began as a feud between two saloon owners in 1881 made national news and became known as the Battle of Mudsock. Learn more in an engaging and historic reenactment of the event presented by The Ambassador House Board.

The Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens are lucky to have a dedicated Board of Directors that work to help maintain the grounds and preserve the history of this beautiful building. Throughout the year there are opportunities to attend free, educational programs  that will celebrate the history of this venue and provide tips for recreating a luscious garden at your house!

Purchase a commemorative brick!

At the Ambassador House, we offer couples the opportunity to ensure your name goes down in history. With a donation of $100 or more, your name can be engraved into a brick that is installed under the pergola or along the walkway around the house. Orders can be made throughout the year using this form.
